最自然、最常用的说法是 12May I ask who's calling？ 请问你是哪位？不管是直接打给对方、还是让别人转接 1用May I speak to...?"和“Could I speak to...?"都是最保险的即使是直接打给对方，最好也不要直呼其名想要更礼貌，可以加个please. 1"May I speak to ... please?" 怎么说“我就是…”最常用的是 12This is + (你的名字) This is + (你的名字) speaking 怎么说清你是谁？想干嘛？介绍自己时，This is…比I am…更礼貌 1I'm calling to...或I'm calling from...加简单、明确的介绍，增加沟通效率。如果你是经朋友，打电话给这个人的，可以说 12This is (你的名字).
